Q: Can I wear my bracelet in the shower?

A: We test our bracelets for everyday use before listing them in our shop. However, since our products have gold plated beads, there is risk for your bracelets to lose luster over time. For that reason we suggest, bracelets should not be worn around water (ex: shower, pool, beach) and exercising. 

Q: Will my light color beads get dirty?

A: Dark colored denim could rub off & transfer color onto beads. (Especially lighter color beads!)

Q: What is the shipping timeframe?

A: Please note that ALL shipping speeds are estimates, especially with COVID delays!! If you need to have your items by a certain date, please contact us first to make sure that is possible. We will do everything we can to work with you and get your item there. USPS has been experiencing delays recently & UPS has seemed to have more accurate estimates! 

Q: Will my bracelet ship out the same day I order?

A: While we do have some bracelets in stock, we cannot guarantee your bracelet will ship out the same day (especially with personalized selections). We will do our best to have your bracelet shipped within 5-7 business days of order confirmation. However, processing and personalizing may take up to 2 weeks depending on availability.  

Q: What if my bracelet is the wrong size?
A: Personalized Bracelets cannot be returned or exchanged, however, we can restring your bracelet to the correct size for a small fee.

** Beads may slightly vary due to different manufacturers/venders.
** All orders are Made to Order & handmade in our studio.

** Please handle your products gently. We use the best materials and supplies, but various elements may test those limits. If anything happens to your bracelet, please let us know and we will work with you to get it restrung (for a small fee).
